Data Submission Timetable

Please note that our annual deadline for the submission of data is 30th November.

Each year, by that date in November, we are looking for data referring to the previous year’s breeding season – thus data for 2019 should have been submitted by 30 November 2020 and data for 2020 should be submitted by no later than 30 November 2021.

In the event that data suppliers are unable to provide data according to that schedule, we respectfully request that they inform the Secretary, by the same date, when they believe they will have the records ready.

Thank you to everyone who not only submits data to the Rare Breeding Birds Panel, but also to the many observers who report their sightings to county recorders and other recording schemes.
