About Mark Holling

Since retiring as secretary of the Rare Breeding Birds Panel in April 2020, Mark has continued to support the Panel and spent much of the following months completing the build of the new RBBP website, launched in December 2020. He remains a voluntary member of RBBP in the new role of Panel archivist.
